Banner Barn is operated by PreTodd LLC. These terms explain how product selection, custom artwork, production, shipping, and promotions work when you use this store.
Prices and orders
Prices reflect the options shown in the configurator and are confirmed at checkout. Applicable taxes appear during checkout. An order is accepted when payment and order confirmation are completed. We may contact you if an artwork or production detail needs clarification before work begins.
Yard sign sheets and custom options
Yard signs have a one-sheet minimum for each size. A requested quantity that exceeds a complete sheet is billed for the next full sheet of print positions. The configurator displays both the requested quantity and billed sheet quantity. Finishing and other options are shown before checkout.
Artwork rights and proofs
You must have permission to use the logos, photographs, and other artwork you submit. The on-screen product illustration is a sizing aid, not a production proof. Please review any final proof for spelling, placement, size, and finishing before approving it for production.
Production, delivery, and rush
Standard orders are scheduled for next-day production with overnight shipping. Eligible orders placed by 10:30 a.m. Central may select rush for same-day shipping at an additional 100% of the applicable product price. Artwork readiness, proof approval, carrier service, holidays, and production capacity can affect timing. We will communicate if an order needs a different schedule.
Quality concerns
If a finished item has a production error, contact us promptly with the order details and photographs. We will review the issue and work to make it right when the mistake is ours.
Promotions
Code BARN provides 10% off an eligible new customer's first order. Enter the code at checkout. Discount eligibility and any combination limits are determined by the offer shown at checkout.
